Meet the Founder & Expert Virtual Assistant 
~LaTasha West
LaTasha has worked in the customer service & administrative industries for more than 15 years. Mrs. West gathered her professional experience while working with Fortune 500 companies such as: AT&T, Household Finance, MCI Worldcomm and Omni Offices. Over the duration of her career she handled project management, organized office relocation, developed & maintained training programs, maintained office website content, ordered office supplies, handled frontline customer service, accounts receivables, negotiated payment plans and assisted customers with electronic payment options.

In 2006, Mrs West launched a small online women’s retail boutique where for 3 years she managed all day to day operations, including: finding & ordering unique apparel and accessories, handling the staffing, cash management , reconciliation of books, creating advertising campaigns and materials, which included securing models, make up artists, hairstylists and photographers for creating ad pieces.

Mrs. West is also an experienced event planner, having coordinated business launch parties, planned fashion shows, family reunions, weddings, birthday and graduation parties.

Always the solution provider, Mrs. West saw a need in the small business arena and Extra Hands was born. She combined her professional experience and entrepreneurial spirit, to design a company that meets the needs of busy professionals and small businesses alike.
